Dave Ter Haar is a Realtor Associate with Palmetto Prestige Properties, LLC. A native of Holland, Michigan, also known as the “ Tulip City,” Dave made Hilton Head Island his home in early 1986. Following a successful career in the fashion industry, working for designer Ralph Lauren (POLO) directly and indirectly for ten years in the Midwest and Southeast, Dave redirected his focus towards golf. For twelve years, he worked as a golf professional with the prestigious Greenwood Development Corporation, which operates five premier Hilton Head Island courses. Now specializing in premier residential property listing and sales, Dave’s drive and diligent attention to details help him achieve his goal of providing the highest level of personal customer service.
