Murphy Lemmon is President and owner of Palmetto Prestige Properties, LLC. Murphy and his family vacationed on Hilton Head Island for many years while growing up. A native of South Carolina, Murphy made Hilton Head Island his home in 1983. A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management, Murphy has built a solid reputation on the principles of integrity, commitment, hard work and market knowledge. With over 22 years of experience in Hilton Head Island and surrounding area real estate and participating in over $175 million dollars in closed transactions in both commercial and residential properties, Murphy strives to provide the best possible real estate services to his valued customers and clients.

Murphy worked with Windmill Harbour Real Estate for 12 years during which time he acted as Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, Murphy was in Marketing Management for 7 years with Dunes Marketing, a long time island real estate firm. Having built long lasting personal and business relationships over the years, currently over 90% of his clientele are personal referrals and repeat clients many of which have become good friends. Murphy’s valued list of customers and clients include celebrities, CEOs of large companies as well as professional coaches and athletes. Murphy is a lifetime member of The Distinguished Sales Award; an award offered annually recognizing top producers in the real estate industry. Murphy lives in Palmetto Dunes with his wife Molly, their son, Jordan and two Labrador Retrievers, Bella and Bo.
